In addition to its classic functions, such as temperature control, it lets you adjust the intensity of the LED strips to create a subdued ambience and enhance your relaxation. You can also listen to the music of your choice via Bluetooth, radio or USB port. Enjoy a unique moment of relaxation while listening to your favorite tunes.

How does the Hera Large Finnish sauna work?
The tradition of the sauna dates back more than 1,000 years and originates from the Nordic countries. The very first saunas appeared in Finland, where they were used in medicine to improve blood circulation, relieve the respiratory system, and soothe muscle pain.
In fact, regular sauna sessions can offer many benefits: they can strengthen your immune system, improve cardiovascular health, and ease soreness.
The dry heat will make you sweat intensely, helping eliminate toxins from your body through perspiration. Pouring a bit of water onto the hot volcanic stones creates steam, which opens your pores and deeply purifies your skin. You can also take a cold shower after your sauna session to tone your skin.
